  • All my client engagements are customized per person or organization. Though I have common tools and processes that are helpful, we ultimately design YOUR process based on what you need.

    For Individuals this Might Look Like:

    • Personal branding and narrative strategy. Building your professional story in a way that feels authentic and grounded and that you can deliver confidently with ease because you own it!

    • Building an iterative and strategic networking strategy to uncover potential job opportunities

    • Multi-round interview preparation or “mock interviews.” I cover behavioral interviewing extensively across industries. I do not provide technical interview prep or case prep for those looking at roles in consulting, financial services, or data/CS. I CAN often provide referrals to coaches who do cover these areas. Please feel free to reach out for recommendations.

    • Resume polish/revamp to highlight your “greatest hits” and position you for what’s next - instead of what you’ve done in the past.

    • Coaching for new coaches: if you’re newer to the coaching game (for life coaching, career coaching, or something else!) and you want a mentor figure to bounce ideas off of, help you identify your ideal client population, and work through your product or program offerings.

    • Leadership coaching for newly promoted managers and/or those looking to progress into a people leader role. Start developing your leadership philosophy and best practices NOW.

    • Professional exploration: for when you know you want something different, but you don’t have the words for it yet. I can help walk you through conversations around various job functions, industries, and roles and provide guidance on how to streamline additional research.

    Generally speaking I offer 3 types of engagement:

    1. Hourly (starting at $350)

    2. Deep dive strategy session (starting at $550 for 90 mins)

    3. Retainer/monthly based (starting at $1300)
