I work with both individuals and organizations, often at moments of transition, growth, or strain—when thoughtful partnership matters most.

For individuals, I coach mid-to senior-level professionals navigating career change, advancement, or re-alignment. This includes 1:1 coaching focused on clarity, crafting a coherent personal narrative, examining your life values, positioning, and confidence—whether you’re considering a pivot, preparing for a job search after a layoff, stepping into leadership, or just feeling “stuck.” My approach is structured, honest, and always personalized.

For organizations, I partner with teams and leaders to clarify how/why they prioritize projects and move forward with intention. This work can include strategic planning, collaborative brainstorming on big initiatives, and ongoing coaching or professional development for employees on a retainer basis.

Because I spend so much time working closely with individuals, I bring real insight into what motivates people at different stages of their careers—and how organizations can create environments where employees feel seen, supported, and empowered.
